We called Jonathan to inspect a house we were interested in. We had a report from another inspector that was done two years previously before renovations were done. No complaints about his report, but Jonathan’s was more thorough and detailed. We were concerned about the pier and beam foundation and his report contained an elevation survey of the floors throughout the house. The previous report didn’t have that. His inspection gave us the confidence to move forward with the purchase. He also took the time to explain his impressions of the house in person. Would recommend. - 3/08/2025
