Dooley Inspections is owned and operated by Lead Inspector Jonathan Dooley (licensed 10+ years) and New Construction certified (6+ years). Also, we recently added to the team, full time inspector, Robert Moers. Customers often compliment our broad knowledge of home building and code requirements. Before becoming a home inspector, Jonathan worked as a Project Manager for Centex Homes for four years. He was licensed by TREC #22163 in 2015, certified by InterNACHI, and a board member of the Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors. He has a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Trinity University and a Masters Degree from the University of Dallas. He is certified to inspect Well, Septics and Pools. Jonathan is also a licensed Mold Assessment Consultant through TDLR and a Texas Pest Control Applicator through Texas Dept. Agriculture. He now specializes in New Construction having completed IRC code certifications in 2018 Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing.
