This has helped us tremendously in the purchase of our first home. If you’re on the fence about getting an inspection, don’t be. Get one and you will never regret it. - 9/13/2026
I had an excellent experience with Dooley Inspections and would highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a home. My inspector was extremely thorough, professional, and took his time going through the property. I never felt like he was rushing just to get the inspection completed. He paid close attention to details that I would have never noticed on my own and identified several important issues that needed to be addressed. He also took the time to explain his findings and answer my questions, which I really appreciated. The final inspection report was very detailed, well organized, and included clear photos and explanations that made it easy to understand exactly what was found. Because of how thorough the inspection was, I felt much more informed and confident about what I was purchasing and what needed to be addressed before moving forward.I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Dooley Inspections and would absolutely use them again. If you are buying a home and want someone who is going to truly inspect the property and not just walk through checking boxes, I highly recommend them. - 9/10/2026
Jonathan was very responsive and worked our inspection in to meet the schedule we were on. He was punctual on the day of the inspection, and had prepared by reading my areas of concern (this is a feature that I appreciated in that he asked what I had noticed and wanted to be sure he checked). He was thorough in the inspection of the property using a number of tools, spent time with me explaining the nuances of the review after completion, and his report on the property was easy to understand highlighting key observations allowing us to make an informed decision on the property. I would recommend Jonathan to anyone needing a home inspection. - 8/23/2026
